We take great pride in our jewelry, but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for you or provide you with store credit. You must email us at email@example.com to receieve your personal code to apply to our website for the store credit. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of Blue Candy Jewelry's Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
LOST BCJ.com STORE CREDIT CODES
In the case that you have lost your BCJ Store Credit code, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to email you another copy as we're unable to provide the code by phone.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
If you received an order from BCJ as a gift, you can still exchange! We'll issue you a BCJ store credit for the amount of the item exchanged to your account. Please contact us at email@example.com to get your free shipping label.
